In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with banking regulations, drive branch growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll also coach and develop your team to meet performance goals while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture. <br><br> </div><div> <strong>What You’ll Do</strong> <br><br> </div><ul> <li>Oversee daily branch operations, compliance, and audit readiness</li> <li>Provide hands-on support with account openings, teller line activity, and customer transactions</li> <li>Lead and coach employees, ensuring strong performance and development</li> <li>Build customer relationships and support business development efforts</li> <li>Track branch performance and implement strategies for growth and profitability</li> <li>Ensure training, continuity, and compliance programs are consistently followed</li> </ul><div> <strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br> </div><ul> <li> <strong>7–10 years of banking experience</strong>, with <strong>5+ years in a leadership role</strong> </li> <li>Strong knowledge of branch operations, compliance, and customer service excellence</li> <li>Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage performance metrics</li> <li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check</li> </ul><div> <strong>Why Join Us</strong><br> As a Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in our growth and community presence while developing a high-performing team.
