Claims Handler (NL)

We are on the lookout for a new colleague, flexible and motivated, that can help us from an Claims Handler role.

Key Outputs:

Supports The Following:

• claim handling activities in connection with external partner and PAID;
• preparing various claim reports related to partner’s activities and PAID;
• preparing various addresses towards customers and authorities;
• internal and external reporting related to claims area;
• system testing for improvements and bug fixing;
• solving complaints related to claims;
• email support for claims area towards customers and tied agents;

Knowledge & Skills:

• Data operations skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Create and keep deadlines;
• Work with data;
• Identify and solve problems;
• Property and Liability claims policies/operations.

Competencies:

• Planning and organizing;
• Attention to details;
• Great socializing and professional speaking;

• Proactive attitude.

Qualification:

• Academic background.
• Fluent in English.

Experience:

• 1 - 3 years experience in non-life claims handling;
• Property, Liability retail & SME;
• Dealing with TPAs;
• Dealing with internal systems and reporting processes.
