Job Opportunity:

The Algorithmic Solutions Group Is Seeking A Motivated Researcher To Develop Innovative Solutions At The Intersection Of Cutting-Edge Ai Algorithms And Adi Technologies. In This Role, You Will:

• Collaborate Within A Multidisciplinary Team Of Researchers, Engineers, And Domain Experts To Bridge Ai Innovation With Practical Solutions

• Develop Cutting-Edge Ai Algorithms Designed For Resource-Constrained Environments

• Prototype And Validate Solutions, Using Both Software Simulations And Hands-On Hardware, To Demonstrate Feasibility And Performance

• Stay Abreast Of State-Of-The-Art Algorithms And Research Advances In Areas Relevant To Analog Devices.

Qualifications:

• Phd Degree In Electical Engineering, Computer Science Or Related Fields.

• Experience In Two Or More Of The Following Areas:

• Developing, Deploying, And Optimizing Ai Models Using Frameworks And Tools Such As Pytorch, Tensorflow, And Cloud-Based Ai Platforms

• Modern Ai Architectures And Training Paradigms

• Deploying And Optimizing Models On Constrained Hardware Using

• Techniques Such As Quantization, Pruning, Distillation, Or On-Device Retraining

• Computer Architecture, Ai Accelerators, And/Or Model Compilation

• Analog, Mixed-Signal, And/Or Rf Circuit Design

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ Years Of Industry Experience Developing And Deploying Machine Learning Models

• Strong Publication Record In Top Conferences And/Or Journals
