We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Team Leader within the Customer Support unit in Gard. The leader we are looking is a dynamic leader who excels at building cohesive teams, setting clear directions, and inspiring our team members to consistently deliver best in class service to our Customers. It will be an advantage for the right candidate to have a proven track record in team leadership and be capable of motivating others to achieve their best.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and management within the area of responsibility. You will lead a cross-functional team of professionals, setting direction and goals aligned with our overall strategy to develop our business, nurture our people, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing employees, set direction for the team and drive results.
- Ensure client satisfaction, compliance and improve best practices, both internally and externally.
- Ensure tasks and procedures are completed in a timely manner and provide the right follow-up to continuously improve operations.
- Ensure digital transformation and process implementation.
- Ensure benefit realization, optimize resource planning and re-allocation of resources.
About You
- Define and prioritize team goals and strategy, empowering others and facilitate their development.
- Ensure close collaboration with professional experts within their own team and across the organization and offices.
- Bring the right people together to work on goals and deliverables and work actively with different stakeholders to make better decisions.

- A proven track record for planning, prioritization, problem solving and decision-making with a structured approach to work.
- A good command of written and spoken English is required.
- Written and spoken Mandarin might be considered as an advantage.
