What You’Ll Do:

  • Design and implement cross-segment digital marketing strategies to support business growth and customer engagement across diverse markets.
  • Collaborate with segment and zone marketing teams to understand specific needs, target audiences, and performance goals.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (e.g., email, social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing) to ensure alignment and synergy across segments.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with creative, product, and data teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and eƯiciency.
  • Lead the Integrated Campaign and Content Tracker (ICCT): Own all processes to gather input and align on cross-segment campaign plans and strategy.

What You Need To Have:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or healthcare environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and digital channels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, like Spanish, are a plus).

What would be nice if you had it: 

  • Experience managing cross-segment or global marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
