About The Role

As a Brand Marketing Coordinator at MESHKI, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of innovative campaigns, events, and brand initiatives that elevate our global presence. Reporting into the Brand Marketing Lead, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is eager to contribute across all areas of brand building.

What You’Ll Be Doing

  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, product launches, and events in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly and on time.
  • Brief design, content, and social teams to develop creative assets that bring campaigns to life.
  • Track campaign performance against KPIs and compile reports and recaps with key learnings.
  • Support brand activations, pop-ups, partnerships, and events by managing logistics, RSVPs, and on-site execution.
  • Liaise with PR, social, and influencer teams to ensure full integration and alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct competitor and trend research to generate insights that inform brand strategy and creative direction.
  • Maintain trackers, calendars, budgets, and critical paths to keep brand projects organised and on track.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and documents for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day assistance to the Brand Marketing Lead, ensuring team priorities are executed efficiently.

  • Proficiency in managing budgets, raising POs, and tracking spend.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand building and storytelling.
  • A genuine interest in the fashion industry and luxury positioning.
  • Previous experience in marketing, PR, or brand coordination (fashion or retail industry experience highly regarded).
