Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers. The Sales Development Representative will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and interests
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team
- Follow up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
