Procurement Manager

Help shape how we work with our network suppliers across the Nordics

We're now looking for a new colleague to strengthen our supplier collaboration in the Nordics, with a particular focus on the Norwegian market. You’ll join a cross-Nordic team working closely with both commercial and delivery units – and take on an important role in improving how we work with both our largest and smaller network suppliers.

This is not your typical procurement role. It’s about building long-term collaboration with our major line suppliers while also improving and automating how we work with smaller partners. You'll use insights and data to provide feedback, create structure, and support better decisions across the business.

Some of the things you’ll be working on:

• Follow-up on framework agreements and commercial terms
• Maintain regular dialogue with our major line suppliers
• Help improve automated feedback loops and data-driven collaboration
• Represent GlobalConnect in both commercial and technical discussions

A Nordic team with a collaborative mindset

You’ll be part of a Nordic function, working closely with colleagues in multiple markets. In Norway, you will take the lead on supplier collaboration, giving you plenty of room to influence how we shape these partnerships moving forward. We’re in the middle of a broader transformation – moving from relationship-based supplier management to a more structured, open, and insight-driven approach.

• Experience from working with suppliers, delivery, technical support, or commercial roles
• Confidence in engaging with both technical and commercial counterparts
• An interest in the telecom industry and curiosity about how we can work smarter

The position is based in our office in Fornebu.
