Job Description

We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to support our Head of Sales in scaling a rapidly growing go-to-market organization. This role is designed for someone with 2–4 years of experience who wants exposure to senior leadership and the chance to have outsized impact in a hyper-growth SaaS company.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Sales to drive operational excellence across the Sales organization.
  • Support pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.
  • Partner with ARR/Revenue Operations on reporting, dashboards, and sales analytics.
  • Assist in coordinating global team meetings, QBRs, and GTM initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and training for Sales hires.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years in sales operations, consulting, program management, analytics, or related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets, basic analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.
  • Interest in building a career in SaaS, sales leadership, or business operations.

Work Location & Flexibility
If this position is based in our New York City, Minneapolis, or London office, it follows a hybrid work model. Employees in these locations are expected to work on-site a minimum of two days per week (NYC is 3 days in the Blueflame office). Please note that specific business units or role requirements may necessitate additional in-office days based on team collaboration needs or operational priorities.

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position.  Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

$69,100.00 - $118,300.00
