Job Description
We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to support our Head of Customer Success in scaling our client-facing teams. With ~100 private equity clients and rapidly growing ARR, this role is critical to ensuring our clients receive world-class service while our team expands rapidly. This is an excellent career opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of experience who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Customer Success to drive operational excellence across the CS organization.
- Support team operating cadences, account planning, and client health tracking.
- Build dashboards and analytics to monitor adoption, usage, license expansion, and at-risk accounts.
- Track key metrics around ARR expansion, license adoption, and renewal health.
- Create client-ready presentations on usage and other analytics.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Product, Sales, and Engineering.
- Ensure follow-through on client escalations and internal action items.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and training for CS hires.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years in customer success operations, consulting, program management, analytics, or related field.
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple competing priorities with urgency.
- Analytical skills with experience in client health metrics and reporting.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Monday.com) is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; client-first mentality.
- Desire to grow into senior roles in customer success or operations.
Work Location & Flexibility
If this position is based in our New York City, Minneapolis, or London office, it follows a hybrid work model. Employees in these locations are expected to work on-site a minimum of two days per week (NYC is 3 days in the Blueflame office). Please note that specific business units or role requirements may necessitate additional in-office days based on team collaboration needs or operational priorities.
The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
