About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join our Water & Wastewater Solutions team. As a senior member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of packaged water and wastewater treatment plant projects. This role requires a strong focus on client engagement, commercial and risk management, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver water and wastewater treatment projects in line with scope, budget, and client specifications.
• Lead project planning and execution with a strong focus on safety, in accordance with HSE procedures and KPIs.
• Act as the principal point of accountability for allocated projects, ensuring proactive client and stakeholder communication.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and third parties.
• Collaborate with internal teams across business development, finance, engineering, procurement, scheduling, and commissioning to achieve seamless delivery.
• Contribute to project proposals, scopes, estimates, and delivery programs.
• Maintain up-to-date project schedules and control registers, including commercial management.
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective outcomes.
• Oversee full project lifecycle, including commissioning, handover, and rectification of defects.
• Identify and escalate risks to the Project Delivery Manager.
• Lead and participate in project meetings, providing accurate progress reports.
• Apply risk management practices to minimise project risks.
• Support business improvement by maintaining and standardising project frameworks and documentation.
• Ensure all work aligns with company policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience.
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment packaged equipment (desirable).
• Strong ability to interpret engineering plans and specifications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project).
• Understanding of project financials and business drivers.
• Technical background or hands-on experience (desirable).
