What You’Ll Do:

• Lead sales and operational excellence across VIC & TAS
• Build and develop dealer and service manager teams
• Drive market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction
• Partner with marketing, logistics, and product teams to deliver on-the-ground results
• Be the face of GWM in your region, strengthening dealer and industry relationships
• Willingness to travel interstate as required.

• Proven track record in automotive sales & operations leadership
• Strong dealer management and commercial acumen
