Key Responsibilities:

Product Standards Exploration: Learn to uphold our high-quality product standards by working alongside operations to ensure wear media meets industry benchmarks—perfect for building your technical know-how!

Product Data Basics: Get hands-on with maintaining and updating product specs and documentation in our systems, helping sales and ops stay on the same page while you master data management.

Solution Configuration: Team up with sales to adapt products and technologies for customers, using your fresh perspective to configure solutions that wow—great practice for your problem-solving skills.

Proposal Design Fun: Use basic CAD software (don’t worry, we’ll support you!) to sketch out proposal designs, bringing customer ideas to life with your creativity and technical flair.

Customer Innovation: Jump into customer queries with enthusiasm, brainstorming practical and innovative solutions while learning the ins and outs of wear media in mining and aggregate screening.

Team Collaboration: Be the go-between for sales and operations, soaking up knowledge from both sides as you help align customer needs with production realities.

Growth Mindset: Spot ways to improve processes and workflows as you go, contributing fresh ideas while building your expertise in a real-world setting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Recent Tertiary qualifications in industrial design, engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related), trade or a similar field—your education is your launchpad!

Basic familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) from uni projects or personal tinkering—enough to get started, with room to grow.

A passion for learning, problem-solving, and jumping into new challenges with energy and curiosity.

No industry experience required—just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to dive into manufacturing, mining, or aggregate screening.

Bonus if you’ve played with ERP systems, CRM tools, or tech platforms, but we’ll teach you what you need.
