Opportunity

Join our People & Talent team as People & Talent Coordinator based at Kieser’s National Clinic Support Office in South Melbourne. The P&T Coordinator will support both People (HR) and Talent (Recruitment) activities within designated region.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage incoming hiring requests and job advertisement postings for internal and external vacancies
• Support candidate sourcing activities
• Oversee internal and external EOI
• Oversee coordination of Kieser's International Talent Program
• Support people & talent related coordination and administration activities
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities
• Participate in Industry/University events as required

Qualifications & Certifications

Essential

• Demonstrated experience with Recruitment, Talent Acquisition / HR activities
• Superior organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders
• Superior attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion & confidentiality with regard to private or sensitive matters

Desirable:

• 1+ years experience working in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, Recruitment or replated discipline
