Join DigitalRoute’s Professional Services team to lead and scale a high-performing organization delivering exceptional value to enterprise customers. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll own the strategy, delivery, and P&L for our global services group—transforming enterprise onboarding into a competitive advantage.

What You'Ll Do

• Lead Professional Services as a revenue-generating unit, setting go-to-market strategy, pricing, and service portfolios.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure high-quality implementations through standardized methodologies.
• Mentor, develop, and grow a diverse global team, fostering a value-driven culture.
• Own and evolve best-practice frameworks and enablement programs.
• Expand and manage partner delivery, including SI and consulting partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success for seamless handoffs and accurate forecasting.

What You'Ll Bring

• 10+ years in tech/SaaS professional services leadership (B2B enterprise, Nordics or similar region preferred).
• Proven experience scaling services teams using standardized methodologies.
• Deep expertise in P&L, margin management, and utilization.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Background in consulting or system integration (e.g., Accenture, PwC, Capgemini) is a strong fit.
