The Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will have the unique opportunity to work across our three dining experiences – from early mornings in our breakfast service to refined evenings in Essence and relaxed, vibrant moments at The Terrace. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about service excellence, versatility, and delivering memorable moments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, attentive service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts as rostered

Confidently deliver menu knowledge and guide guests through our offerings at The Terrace and Essence

Set up and maintain dining areas to the highest standards of presentation and hygiene

Process guest orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are met

Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow

Uphold ROKI Collection’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint

About You

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or café environment – ideally within luxury or boutique hospitality

Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, engaging personality

A genuine passion for food, wine, and service excellence

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork
