Xerox is in search of a Network Security Service Manager with a passion for leadership, driving the team responsible for delivering and securing a global enterprise network. The selected candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the implementation and maintenance of Lexmark's enterprise network infrastructure and security policies. This role involves managing architects and engineers while engaging with business teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the enterprise network and connected systems. The Manager will also be responsible for overseeing projects, coordinating implementations, and eliminating barriers to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, they will liaise with other operational teams to resolve any network-related issues. The ideal candidate must possess robust communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. This experienced leader will direct and influence the people, process and tools we leverage to deliver IT Operational Excellence. This individual will advocate across the IT Organization for Operational Stability. They will also promote the mindset of “Designing for Supportability” in all interactions. This experienced manager demonstrates full competency/mastery in the area of Operations Management.
They will provide leadership, planning, coordination and oversight for the Network Security Operations staff.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide leadership, decision making and guidance to the Network Security Operations Team.
- Manage the day-to-day work, activities of the Network Security Operations Team (Requests, Project/Enhancement support, Changes, Incidents, Maintenance, Patching).
- Manage the quality and completeness of the day-to-day work performed by the Network Security Operations Team (recurring incidents, defects caused by change, change requests).
- Manage, teach and lead the Network Security Operations Team regarding Process Compliance (Incident Process, Change Control Process, Problem Management Process, Event Management Process).
- Interface with the Network Security Architecture Team to drive support requirements and compliance within the Lexmark SAFe Framework.
- Attend daily standup call for input on incidents.
- Conduct weekly reviews with Network Security Tower Leads.
- Collaborate with the other Operations teams for work and solutions for patching, maintenance and tuning (Network Security Operations Team, Security Operations Center, Service Desk Ops Team).
- Collaborate with the other IT Operations and VMO teams for work and solutions (VMO, CSI, QMO and SOE).
- Collaborate with the other IT teams for work and solutions (EBA Back Office, EBA Front Office, ES&I, PMO, Audit and Security).
- Provide data as needed for IT Audit and Controls.
- Conduct re-evaluations for system access .
- Serve as Release Manager for new functionality transitioning to ITC Operations.
- Provide Status Reporting and Progress against metrics on the balanced scorecard (MTTR, Aging Incidents, Re-Assignments, Requests Completed) and show improvement against these metrics.
- The point of escalation for Network Managed Service contention and incidents (from within Network Managed Service and from other teams - including the business).
- Major Incident resolution participation and leadership.
Desired Qualifications, Skills, Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 10 years of Information Technology and Network Security experience
- Knowledge of network security concepts, including web filters, NIDPS, DLP, SSL-DPI, firewalls, etc.
- Knowledge of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and Network Access Control (NAC) technologies.
- Familiar with NIST CSF, CIS, and ISO 27001 information security frameworks.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and the SAFe Framework.
- Excellent organizational, communication, documentation and project management skills.
- Manage workload, performance, and career development for team members.
- Strong change control and compliance experience.
- Use data to drive continuous improvement.
- Use data to drive management of work.
- Leverage process improvements, sense of urgency and monitoring and automation to reduce incidents, reduce MTTR and eliminate recurring incidents.
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience working with and leading offshore staff/teams with a focus on Data Center Operations.
- Manage budgetary oversight and planning for the Operations teams.
- Provide professional exposure of IT Operations to business teams within Lexmark, and the vendors and partners outside of Lexmark.
- Be a Change Agent and Leader for the new ITC by aiding in the process maturity, personnel changes and ideology changes.

Educational Qualifications
