CereCore International is seeking a Business Intelligence Reporting Specialist to join our expanding Professional Services team.

This individual will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions that meet NHS & Private Healthcare client needs. They will play a key role in designing dashboards, statutory reporting, and performance insights to support both operational and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver reports using SQL, Power BI, and Business Objects.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to support clinical, operational, and executive decision-making.
  • Ensure delivery of statutory NHS reporting (e.g. RTT, SUS, SLAM).
  • Validate and assure data quality across reporting outputs.
  • Collaborate with clinical and programme teams to understand and translate reporting needs into solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL and reporting skills.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Business Objects, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of NHS datasets and reporting standards (RTT, SUS, SLAM).
  • Understanding of EPR data structures
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
