CereCore International is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our expanding Professional Services team.

This individual will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex EPR programmes and projects, managing scope, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes for our NHS and private healthcare clients. They will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, driving collaboration between technical teams, clinical users, and executive sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, delivery, and governance of EPR programmes and projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Coordinate delivery across configuration, migration, testing, and reporting teams.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including clinical, operational, and executive teams.
• Ensure delivery quality and alignment with client objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentoring within the project team

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale healthcare or NHS digital transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of EPR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, System C, or equivalent).
• Excellent programme and project management skills (Prince2, MSP, or equivalent desirable).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability.
• Experience delivering complex projects across multiple workstreams.
