About The Role
We are seeking a Washroom Quality Control Manager to oversee and maintain excellent standards of washroom hygiene, quality control, and facilities management services across multiple client sites.
In this role, you’ll conduct audits, support field operatives, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, and hygiene regulations. You’ll also drive service improvements, resolve customer issues, and help deliver outstanding washroom and hygiene solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in quality auditing, facilities management, service supervision, or hygiene services, who is motivated to deliver first-class results.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular washroom service audits and inspections across client sites.
- Audit operatives for correct working procedures, stock accuracy, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality control, hygiene regulations, and safety standards.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints with effective corrective actions.
- Train, coach, and support washroom operatives to improve service delivery.
- Monitor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and company service standards.
- Maintain detailed records of audits, inspections, and compliance reports.
- Work with the Operations Manager to identify service improvements.
- Liaise with clients to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Promote sustainability, efficiency, and continuous improvement in washroom services.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of washroom hygiene, quality control, and facilities management.
- Previous experience as a quality auditor, service supervisor, compliance officer, or hygiene manager.
- Supervisory/management experience desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and teams.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good IT skills for reporting and audit tracking.
- Full UK driving licence (travel between client sites required).
