This leadership role will focus on developing a vibrant and engaging hospitality offering that complements our sports and entertainment vision.

As the Senior Director of Development for Hospitality (Uptown - Stadium), you will oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of au ultra luxury hotel, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive vision for hospitality projects within the Uptown and stadium areas that enhance guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to create innovative hospitality spaces that align with Qiddiya's brand and mission.
• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to guide development decisions and ensure competitive positioning.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects while adhering to quality standards.
• Establish strong relationships with local and international hospitality partners and stakeholders to foster collaboration and investment.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance hospitality offerings and services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements throughout the development process.
• Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 14-18 years of experience in hospitality development, specifically within sports or stadium environments.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale hospitality projects within high-profile environments.
• Strong understanding of the sports and entertainment industry, market trends, and guest experience enhancement.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects effectively.
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring teams and building partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
