About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Manager with a strong profile to liaise and collaborate with our partners. Key partners are primarily software houses connected with Codabox, Clearfacts and Clearnox (such as accounting and ERP software vendors like Sage, Visma and Exact), data suppliers of Codabox (banks and payroll offices).
This role requires a seasoned partner manager with deep market insight, and a strong focus on how to make any type of partnership successful.
Whereas it’s paramount to focus on the partner relationship, we highly value a warm connection with your internal stakeholders.
In this role you will act as a bridge builder between partners and each colleague of the Codabox, Clearfacts and Clearnox teams.
The ideal candidate is a fluent speaker in French, Dutch and English, willing to travel now and then, and experienced in managing reseller and partner programs.
In this role you will report to the Sales Director of the business unit that encompasses Codabox, Clearfacts, Clearnox and Flowin. This division is part of TAA Europe.
As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will employ your in-depth knowledge of the market, business, and financials to drive significant growth through our partners.
You’ll engage with complex, high-profile accounts and take a leadership role in shaping our partner strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with partners.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive partner performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for partners on our products, complex sales and technical issues.
- Lead comprehensive sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to guide sales and partner strategies.
- Cultivate high-level negotiations with partners to optimize sales terms.
- Review and enhance sales processes and tools.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with all partner agreements and performance metrics.
Skills:
- Market Expertise: In-depth understanding of the accountancy and SME market dynamics and trends in Belgium, France and the Netherlands.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor and guide stakeholders within the partner’s commercial team.
- Negotiation Techniques: Proficiency in high-level negotiation and influence.
- Sales and Partner Strategy: Expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Analytical Tools: Advanced proficiency with analytical and CRM tools.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Location:
Hybrid function, covering Belgium and France. Your primary office will be Mechelen (BE) or Leuven (BE), but being present at our partners based across Belgium, France and the Netherlands is even more important. Working from home is also supported, however for team meetings you’re expected to be in the office.
