As a Cost Controller & Data Analyst, you will be responsible for executing monthly and quarterly cost runs in the product costing tool. You will support the preparation of management reporting, ensure the accuracy of financial KPIs, and maintain local databases by gathering, aggregating, and publishing data. Your role will contribute to reliable reporting, compliance with internal standards, and improved decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute monthly and quarterly cost runs in the product costing tool
- Prepare and deliver management reporting and support decision-making processes
- Prepare, validate, and upload financial KPIs and reports
- Maintain and update local databases, including data collection, aggregation, and publication
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with cost controlling, financial reporting, and data analysis is required
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Structured planning and organizational skills
- Clear and effective communication in English (written and verbal)
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Stress resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- Solution-oriented and proactive problem solver
- Customer-focused, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
- Knowledge of BW/BI tools, SAP, Power BI, FAST
- Solid accounting knowledge and understanding of corporate operations, compliance, and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of production processes is an advantage
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
