Manager - Marketing

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness and lead generation for real estate projects

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats

Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing messages

Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, and advertisements

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies

Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and agencies

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Master's degree in Marketing or MBA is preferred

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing within the Real Estate industry

Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns

Proven experience in market research and analysis
