Associate Director – Digital Sales & Solutions, GTB

The purpose of this role is to support the sales, design, and commercialization of advanced digital transaction banking solutions within Global Transaction Banking. The Associate Director will co-create and deploy scalable, API-led ecosystem solutions tailored for corporate clients and industries across the UAE and GCC. The role focuses on driving digital innovation, enhancing client experience, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to revenue growth by delivering cutting-edge, market-ready solutions in partnership with internal stakeholders and external ecosystem partners.

• Design, develop, and commercialize market-leading API-led digital transaction banking solutions.
• Work closely with GTB stakeholders to identify client opportunities and integrate tailored digital workflows.
• Engage directly with corporate clients to assess their digital needs and propose fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Partner with FinTechs, regulators, and ecosystem players to co-develop industry-specific platforms.
• Deliver projects in adherence with quality, timeline, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to revenue growth through digital solution sales and client acquisition.
• Track digital adoption KPIs, ensuring strong usage and engagement across implemented platforms.
• Support strategic partnerships to enhance solution reach and product innovation.
• Lead internal training and promote cross-departmental collaboration to scale solution adoption.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends, market shifts, and regulatory frameworks.
• Support the head of function in preparing strategic business plans and performance updates.
• 10–15 years of experience in transaction banking, digital design, process reengineering, or fintech environments.
• Strong expertise in designing and delivering API-led solutions for large and complex clients.
• Familiarity with Open Banking, Open Finance, and ecosystem-based solutioning.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies, product development, and user experience design.
• Effective communicator with strong advisory, consultative, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science (MBA is a plus).
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects in high-pressure environments.
