We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Business Planning and Analysis to join our BNY Investments – Vendor Management & Analysis team. This role is located in India.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support the Line of Business (LOB) oversight process through a robust control framework, emphasizing vendor management, data analytics, engagement management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Compile, analyze, and synthesize large volumes of third-party governance data to support critical regulatory commitments such as Ongoing Monitoring, Risk Assessments, and Vendor Optimization.
  • Proactively manage the lifecycle of third-party engagements, including contract execution, purchase order tracking, invoice reconciliation, and performance/risk indicator monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and expectations, driving continuous improvement in engagement processes.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, controls, vendor governance, or engagement management within a regulated industry (preferably financial services).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards), PowerPoint, Word, Jira, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with vendor management systems, risk assessment tools, or procurement platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with third-party risk frameworks and sourcing protocols is desirable.
