Manage monthly payroll including base pay, statutory / supplemental benefits, Stock compensation (ESPP) and taxes. Review final pay computation and ensure its accuracy and completeness. Ensure the accurate and timely processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations and Full & Final settlements. Manage Payroll Service partner operational relationship and oversee their support and timely deliveries.  Monitor performance against the Service level agreement (SLAs) and Key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct periodical performance reviews.  Coordinate actively within Finance, Human Resource, Tax and Payroll Service Partner to ensure seamless information and data communication. Engage with multiple internal stakeholders including HR Compliance, third party Payroll Service provider and local consultants/retainers, as the case need be. Payroll accounting for accurate recording of costs in the books of accounts. Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (payroll, accruals, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.). Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as needed by management and accounting/finance. Perform various payroll analysis for management reporting Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential. Responsible for all payroll related compliance (Audit & SOX) requirements – including but not limited Local legal regulations and all internal company policies, procedures and processes.  Stay updated with the Local employment laws and suggest appropriately to ensure that company is fully compliant. Will develop internal and external communications relative to these changes and will update departmental workflow, policy documents & procedures to comply with all audit/compliance requirements (externally & internally) Critically review and analyze current payroll, benefits, and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations. Scale payroll processes with a focus on process improvements and system optimization Develops procedures to ensure data integrity and interface integrity encompassing benefits, payroll, and other HRIS subsystems. Analyze payroll processes and controls, identify efficiencies, drive change, and manage priorities.  Actively lead and participate in automation related initiatives impacting payroll and its reporting including integration with Oracle ERP.
