Position Title/Responsibility Level Lead Assistant Manager (B2) Function Non-Finance Operations Reports to  Manager Supervises N.A. Permanent/ Temporary Permanent Span of Control 6-8 Location  Bangalore, India Basic Function Responsible for overall Operations Management Prepare and present reports on team’s performance, including service delivery, TAT and KPIs Strive to exceed SLA parameters Absenteeism, Attrition and Appraisals Management Should be able to manage a team of 6 – 8 team members  Essential Functions Manage activities related to PO creation, validation, reporting etc. Handle escalation, meetings and calls with clients and other stakeholders Examine data to detect flux, trends, improvement opportunities and risks Schedule and lead Weekly/ Monthly and Quarterly calls Review SOP and implement process changes Ensure adherence to Compliance and Service levels Perform all other duties as assigned Performance parameters Service level adherence Attrition, Performance and Recognition Feedback and goal setting Primary Internal Interactions Manager and team for daily operations Other internal teams and Departments Primary External Interactions Client and other business area stakeholders Skills Technical Skills Deep understanding of Accounts Payable concepts such as POs, PRs, SKUs, Catalogs, GRNs, Tax, Cash Discounts etc. and its association with downstream and upstream teams Good understanding of basic accounting concepts including accruals, reclass, chart of accounts, cost centers, etc. Microsoft Office suite Good exposures to ERPs Good to have: Exposure to Coupa Process Specific Skills Good knowledge of Accounts Payable functions Experience in preparing and validating reporting Managing process documents Establish and validate controls Soft skills (Desired) Good Communication skill (Client Interaction) Ability to multitask Attention to details Attentive listener Soft Skills (Minimum) Good Communication skill (Client Interaction) Ability to multitask Attention to details Attentive listener  Presentation and Facilitation Skills Education Requirements Graduate in Accounting / Commerce with at least 15 years of education Work Experience Requirements Total work experience should be 4 - 6 years in the field of Accounts Payable Annexure:  Acknowledgement
