Business Operations Senior Analyst

Business/Finance Support:
•    Monthly Calendars: Coordinate monthly deadlines and executive meetings for HSA and Mexico with Finance and Sales teams, to support organized forecasting and team communication. Reinforce priorities, especially at quarter end.
•    Business Presentations: Prepare monthly and YTD presentations on P&L Metrics and insights to drive decision-making for HSA client group and their countries Colombia, Argentina, and Chile, focusing on priority clients and industries, but adapting to business and stakeholders needs.
•    BD Agents Management (Chile only): Monitor BD Agents’ invoices, submit accruals in case they are not received, and allocate the cost to active BD WBS based on client-specific assignments.
•    Support to Client Group Finance Lead: act as a partner to the CGFL, by analyzing results and supporting action planning, to achieve profitability targets and help stakeholders grow the business.
•    Support for Profitability Improvement Program: participate in profitability improvement initiatives sponsored by the Director of Operations of Client Group, by providing reporting and analytical support.
Monthly Reporting:
•    Productivity Reports (Colombia, Chile, Mexico): provide cost visibility and chargeability metrics vs target, by DTE and employee level, per country, to help CG and Service Leads manage resources and assess profitability.
•    OVH Reports: Analyze costs not linked to a client contract and their impact on P&L, sharing findings with leaders.
•    Working Capital & DSO Report (HSA & Mexico): Analyze Days Sales Outstanding and Working Capital monthly results by Client Groups, by country and by client, notify CFM teams, and support necessary actions before monthly meetings.
Sales Support:
•    Mid-Month Check-ins (HSA & Mexico): Request updates to CALs on active sales opportunities, requesting action (sell or postpone) to ensure accurate monthly projections.
•    Month-End Follow-up (HSA): Coordinate with CFM to confirm opportunity status and explain any variances from the landing and plan.
Pipeline Reporting:
•    Colombia: Weekly reports sent to maintain visibility of active opportunities.
•    Chile: Provides pipeline updates on demand (2–3 times/week) to support opportunity tracking.
