Lead Assistant Manager

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient applications and workflows that enhance productivity and streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop custom business applications and automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate. Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI to provide actionable insights. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 tools and third-party services. Collaborate with business analysts and users to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within developed applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications. Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices to continuously improve solutions. Qualifications: Proven experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, and integration techniques. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and related technologies. Basic understanding of programming languages such as Power Fx, JavaScript, or C# is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
