With design libraries in France and Sri Lanka and production facilities across Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and China, Noyon creates unique lace designs for international brands. Its expertise extends to warp-knit solutions through the INNTRIX collection, catering to activewear, sportswear, and femtech markets. Noyon also pioneers sustainable solutions such as Planetones, a 100% natural dye solution for lace.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join Noyon team as an Intern. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Training Initiatives
• Liaise with Training Institutes and Partners
• Research and Develop New Training Programs

Knowledge And Skills:

• Possess a degree in Human Resources or Business Management 
• Excellent communication skills
• Negotiation skills
