Respond to all inbound enquiries from web and digital channels in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure high-quality, engaging communication with decision-makers (typically Office Managers and Facilities Managers).
Conduct initial needs assessment to understand prospect requirements.
Qualify leads based on agreed criteria and ensure they are sales-ready before passing to BDMs.
Record accurate notes and outcomes in the CRM system.
Schedule meetings and calls between qualified prospects and local BDMs.
Ensure the BDM is fully briefed on the prospect’s needs and context.
Nurture warm enquiries, re-engage previously contacted leads, and maintain relationships in the sales pipeline.
Use ZoomInfo licenses to identify and reach additional decision-makers within target organisations.
Execute structured outreach campaigns to ensure consistent prospect engagement. · Maintain accurate lead and contact records.
Update activity logs, track appointment conversions, and monitor engagement history.
Support the BDM team by preparing pre-qualification notes, lead summaries, and appointment reports.
Contribute insights from prospect conversations to improve sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record in inside sales, telesales, or appointment-setting roles, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Experience in qualifying and nurturing leads for field sales teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead databases (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Proficiency in using ZoomInfo or similar platforms for prospecting and lead enrichment.
- Highly organised with strong follow-up and reporting skills.
- Commercial cleaning or facilities management industry experience (preferred but not required).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Response time to inbound enquiries.
- Percentage of qualified leads converted to appointments.
- Appointment-to-meeting ratio and conversion outcomes.
- Database accuracy and CRM compliance.
- Feedback from BDMs on lead quality and handover effectiveness.
