Key Responsibilities

  • Support client assignments related to Workforce Management integration under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist on diverse client projects as part of a global, distributed team.
  • Help prepare proposals by gathering and formatting information, drafting content, and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Communicate effectively with onshore stakeholders using various media (emails, calls, VC, etc.) to ensure alignment.
  • Take responsibility for assigned deliverables, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Understand business priorities and challenges to support the identification of WFM needs.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and apply creative thinking to resolve client issues and needs.
  • Develop technical skills and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualification:

  • 1-2 years prior experience in SQL Database Programming (MS Transact SQL, Relational Databases) preferred.
  • Exposure to Boomi or similar integration platforms is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of quality assurance testing experience.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute solutions for customers within project timelines.
  • Understanding of FTP and file transfer technologies, including encryption.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively manage assigned tasks.
  • Good analysis, change control, task management, and time management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, accurate, responsive, and results-driven.
  • Understanding data mapping and specification documentation.
  • Customer-focused, positive, and professional attitude.
  • High energy and self-motivation.
  • Analytical abilities and knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Additional Requirements:

  • Exposure to working with US and multi-Geo clients will be beneficial.
  • Seeks regular feedback and adapts behavior to improve performance.
  • Acts in accordance with legal, regulatory, and internal risk management requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate business challenges.

Education / Years of Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
  • 2-4 years of experience working in the field of Workforce Management integration, Designing Target Operating Models, Employee Experience Transformation, etc.
  • Boomi Professional Developer Certification is a plus.
