Associate Consultant (UK PMO Law)

Global Engagement Management team within is keen to utilise KGS PMO team to support with co-ordination work considering the work isn’t technical in nature. Chargeability expected is 80% and business is supportive of this request.

• Assist Project Managers in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, project scope, resource allocation, and budget.
• Support the Project Managers in preparing for, facilitating, and following up from project meetings
• Assist in identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, and consistently capturing project lessons learned.
• Assist Project Managers in maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely updates and tracking progress against plan.
• Help manage project resources, including assigning tasks to team members, vendors, and contractors. 
• Monitor project health against scope, schedule and budget, and flag delays or over-budget or scope creep immediately.
