About The Role:
We're looking for a strategic and people-focused People & Culture Manager to lead the design and delivery of an exceptional employee experience across Experteq. This senior leadership role partners closely with the Chief People Officer and works across the business to embed a culture of engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and performance. You will balance these initiatives with hands on P&C operations as we continue to shape the future of our data-driven insights, compliance and people performance.

We deliver innovative technology solutions to more than 50 clients in the banking, finance, corporate, and government sectors nationwide, including 30% of Australia's Authorised Deposit-taking Institutions.

What You Will Do Here:
Strategic Leadership:
- Co-develop and deliver a holistic employee experience strategy aligned with business goals
- Partner with senior leaders to drive enterprise-wide development programs and transformation initiatives
- Contribute to internal communications and engagement events that foster collaboration and culture
People Data & Analytics:
- Enhance and manage HR systems and dashboards to deliver actionable insights
- Ensure accurate and reliable HR data and reporting to support informed decision-making
Compliance & Employee Relations:
- Drive a culture of compliance across induction, learning, and performance
- Lead audits, update policies, and support leaders in managing complex employee relations
Performance & Reward:
- Champion a performance-driven culture linked to optimal pay structures
- Lead calibration sessions and contribute to remuneration reviews
Engagement & Wellbeing:
- Deliver initiatives that improve employee engagement and satisfaction
- Champion mental health and wellbeing programs that embed care and address psychosocial risks
Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop a high-performing People & Culture team
- Role model Experteq's values and leadership behaviours across the organisation
Who You Are:
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (postgraduate qualifications a plus)
- 10+ years senior HR experience across corporates and SMEs
- Hands-on experience with HRM platforms like Employment Hero, Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Performance & Reward, and Employee Relations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
- High integrity, customer focus, and action orientation
