Job Description
We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to become the voice of our travel brand across digital platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase stunning destinations, share inspiring travel stories, and build an engaged community of adventure-seekers. This role combines creative content creation with strategic marketing, allowing you to make a real impact on how people discover and connect with transformative travel experiences. You’ll work with diverse, beautiful content from destinations around the world while helping to grow a business that truly makes a difference in people’s lives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to build brand awareness and engagement
- Create compelling content by editing raw images and videos into scroll-stopping social media posts
- Craft engaging captions and utilize strategic hashtags to maximize reach and engagement
- Schedule and publish content across various social media channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Manage community interactions, respond to comments, and foster meaningful connections with followers
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships
- Handle website updates, maintenance, and optimization for user experience
- Create and manage online advertising campaigns to drive bookings and brand awareness
- Perform administrative tasks related to marketing operations and campaign management
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and growth
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) and social media management platforms
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling captions and email content
- Understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and current trends across platforms
- Experience with website management systems and basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of online advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain brand voice consistency
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for travel and creating inspiring content that motivates others to explore
