EPM Administrator

• Configure, maintain, and upgrade our client's financial performance management system. This includes managing patches and enhancements through the full lifecycle.
• Maintain and troubleshoot system integrations to ensure the accurate and timely consolidation of financial data from various business sources.
• Manage user access and permissions, provide end-user training, and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with business teams to enhance financial processes like reporting and consolidation. You'll also maintain detailed system documentation.
• Assist with vendor relationships to ensure effective issue resolution and performance.

• A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial (IT, Finance, Business Administration, etc.)
• Professional certifications in EPM systems will be advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Business Intelligence (BI), or financial consolidation system.
• Strong understanding of core financial concepts, including financial close, reporting, and data integration.
• Proficiency with relational and multi-dimensional databases and SQL.
• Proven ability to manage system upgrades, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience with financial data reporting, regulatory compliance, and user training.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
