AI Developer – Microsoft Workflow & AI Integration

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI Automation Developer with deep experience in the Microsoft Tech Stack and a strong understanding of AI applications. This role will focus on designing scalable, repeatable automation patterns that integrate AI agents (e.g., Copilot) with Microsoft workflows such as Power Automate, enabling intelligent batch processing of documents and data. The developer will collaborate closely with HACH leadership from ideation through production deployment. The developer will work cross-functional collaboration with data scientists, business analysts, and IT teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

Ai-Driven Automation Development

• Architect and implement Microsoft workflows that ingest, reason over, and act on large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Design and prompt-engineer Copilot agents to generate summaries, reports, and formatted outputs based on HACH specifications.
• Build seamless pipelines between Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and mission-critical systems.
• Develop reusable automation patterns for document processing, classification, and enrichment using AI.
• The emphasis will be designing solutions that scale across departments or business units.

DevOps & Lifecycle Management

• Create promotion pipelines with version control, automated testing, and rollback strategies.
• Define branching and release strategies aligned with HACH’s SDLC.
• Ensure robust unit testing and maintain documentation in accordance with HACH standards.

 

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in automation development using Microsoft technologies.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including building and deploying agents in production.
• Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of Microsoft automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI / LLMs and their integration into enterprise workflows.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
