The Role You’Ll Contribute:

The Marketing Strategist works with the Marketing Manager and/or Senior Manager, to help manage day-to-day marketing planning and execution for key service lines and/or market specific and network/regional strategies. Applies working knowledge of market research, analytics and intel to develop and organize plans that competitively differentiate AdventHealth and ensures the growth of volume, market share, share of spend and overall brand awareness. Builds strong relationships with stakeholders to advance AdventHealth's strategic vision. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Manages day-to-day strategic marketing efforts for assigned service lines and dedicated markets with a regional and network focus.
  • Coordinates with the Research team to develop market analysis and obtain competitor, consumer, and physician intelligence to create effective marketing plans.
  • Monitors patient volume, market share, online engagement, and brand preference, implementing tracking mechanisms to measure success and reconcile ROI.
  • Develops and maintains physician relationships, creating marketing strategies to drive physician referrals and collaborating with the Physician Relations/Sales team.
  • Oversees websites related to the area of focus, collaborating with the Digital Strategy team to implement effective online and social media strategies.
  • Works collaboratively with the Creative team, providing clear objectives, timely feedback, and reasonable deadlines for the development of deliverables.
  • Serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent execution of national and local brand standards across all areas.
  • Plans and executes health fairs, community events, and negotiates community sponsorships, managing community relationships and partnerships.
  • Manages service line and market-specific budgets, ensuring timely reporting and fiscal responsibility.
  • Provides direct management responsibility for marketing interns and potentially marketing coordinators or specialists, assisting with hiring, retaining, and developing the team.
  • Meets or exceeds customer service level expectations.

Qualifications

 

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelors in marketing, Communications or related field Required
  • 4+ marketing or related experience with complex project management and/or comprehensive campaign results
  • Driver License, Valid and in State driving record in accordance with AdventHealth policy
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently utilizing effective problem-solving skills to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, seeking marketing leadership for guidance and support.
  • Strong presentation and writing/story-telling skills.
  • Sound critical thinker with the ability to analyze data with attention to detail and accuracy in order to make strategic decisions and recommendations that produce measurable results.
  • Advanced experience in emerging digital media and technologies; proficient in social media platforms.
