Are you passionate to work in one of the biggest & fun brands in the world and in a meaningful role to grow the number of kids and adults that LEGO® impacts?

No relocation assistance is offered for this position. Coverage of benefits for Contractual positions may change or vary.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional eCommerce media strategy across Search, Display, and emerging retail media formats.
  • Drive annual media planning for APAC eCommerce, working closely with global teams, markets, and agency partners.
  • Serve as the key regional liaison to global performance marketing and retail media counterparts - ensuring APAC needs are represented in global roadmaps.
  • Develop custom media briefs and campaign innovations for high-stakes launches, events, and sales activations.
  • Be hands-on in running and optimising DSP campaigns, including building audiences, managing and measuring performance.
  • Own relationships with regional retail media partners (e.g., Amazon Ads) and maintain strategic partnerships, including campaign planning and post-campaign reviews.

Play your part in our team succeeding

As part of the APAC eCommerce team, this role leads performance media strategy and execution across key partner platforms - especially Amazon - driving regional commercial growth.

Operating at the intersection of media, marketing, and marketplace platforms, you’ll balance big-picture planning with hands-on execution, developing custom media solutions and managing always-on activity, particularly in Amazon DSP.

You’ll sit within the APAC Performance Marketing Hub, partnering across local markets, global teams, and media agencies to elevate how we win on retail platforms. This role also plays a key part in advocating for retail media internally, helping stakeholders understand its value - and potential.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Solid experience in digital media, retail media, or eCommerce marketing - ideally with strong exposure to marketplaces like Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, etc.
  • Proven experience handling Amazon DSP campaigns - comfortable working directly in-platform.
  • Strong strategic thinking, paired with a bias for action and execution.
  • Excellent analytical mindset - you use data to influence decisions and optimise performance.
  • Comfortable with media and marketing tech stacks - AMC, GA, DV360, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong communicator and influencer, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders and turning complex topics into clear direction.#LI-SW1
