Job Description

Provide Level 2/3 support for web and backend applications.Monitor application performance and respond to incidents.Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues.Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and operational efficiency.Utilize AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3) to manage cloud-based environments.Work closely with developers and DevOps to deploy updates and improvements.

Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E. – Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.B.Sc. (IT / Computer Science) or BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
