Sr Tech/ Technician- USG/2D Echo+Stress Echo- SVKm TMPMHMC&RC,Shirpur, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Echocardiography (2D, M-Mode, Doppler) and Stress Echocardiography procedures as per physician’s instructions.
• Prepare and position patients for echo and stress echo studies, explaining the procedure to ensure patient comfort and cooperation.
• Operate echocardiography equipment and ensure accurate acquisition of cardiac images and recordings.
• Monitor patient’s vital signs during stress echo and promptly report abnormal findings to the supervising physician.
• Assist in conducting treadmill or pharmacological stress protocols safely under medical supervision.
• Maintain and calibrate echocardiography machines and accessories to ensure optimal performance.
• Document and upload studies into PACS / hospital information system and maintain patient records.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain cleanliness of equipment and procedure room.
• Ensure compliance with NABH and hospital standards in patient care and documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and reception staff for smooth workflow and timely reporting.
• Provide emergency assistance (BLS/ACLS) if patient develops complications during procedure
