AM/Officer- Recruitment HR - SVKM`s TMPMHMC&RC, Shirpur Maharashtra

1. Assisting HR Head in department wise manpower planning 
2. Overseeing the recruitment & selection of Clinician, Nursing, Paramedical & Non-Medical staff
3. Conducting Campus and mass Interviews 
4. Handling all higher-level recruitments including medical consultants 
5. Maintaining recruitment tracker (replacement/ New Hiring)
6. Verification of Credentialing / registration at the time of Hiring 
7. Hiring candidate as per budget, for any unbudgeted candidate ensure prior approval as per SVKM policy
8. Ensure Pre-Medical Health, Background Verification, check and vaccination at the time of joining.
9. Handling salary negotiation, preparing salary structure as per guideline provided by SVKM
