We are looking for a Senior AdTech Specialist/Senior Python Developer to join our team and drive the design, implementation and optimization of programmatic advertising solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-performance adtech solutions and integrations while also mentoring colleagues and contributing to the organization’s knowledge base.

This is you

Required Adtech Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB), OpenRTB protocols and auction mechanics
• Solid knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem: DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, DMPs and CDPs
• Experience with ad serving standards (VAST, VPAID, OMID, MRAID, CTV/OTT).
• Expertise in measurement & tracking: server-to-server integrations, pixel tracking, cookie syncing, attribution models
• Experience handling high-throughput event pipelines (impressions, clicks, conversions)
• Ability to optimize low-latency systems for sub-100ms bid responses.

Optional Adtech Knowledge:

• Experience with header bidding (Prebid.js, server-side header bidding)
• Understanding of CTV / DOOH workflows
• Knowledge of contextual targeting techniques
• Exposure to ML-driven optimizations and general AI applications in the domain
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP or similar)

Useful Skillset:

• Performance optimization for high-throughput, low-latency services
• Data engineering expertise: ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming platforms (Kafka, Spark Streaming)
• Real-time analytics: dashboards, monitoring, and alerting systems.

Proficiency in databases for both transactional and analytical use cases (PostgreSQL, Redis, Aerospike, ClickHouse, Druid)

Python:

• Pandas, PySpark for data processing
• Faust, confluent-kafka for streaming
• FastAPI, Flask, Django with DRF for APIs
• Plotly, Dash for analytics
• time and memory profiling tools
• C/Rust extension development (Cython, PyO3) (optional)
• Strong API design skills for reporting and integrations.
