What’S The Role?

You will be a part of a high performing team accountable for the end to end delivery of a critical UNITE initiative (TSP 173) to provide a single externally facing Customer identifier for all Westpac Group Customers across Westpac (WBC) and Regional Retail Brands (RRB). As a Program Manager in the team, you will play a key role in owning the delivery of a number of workstreams and the relationship between TSP 173 and the Technology teams delivering to the outcomes of the work streams you own. You will be accountable for the end to end delivery of your work streams, including planning, financials (actual vs forecast), delivery including build, testing and production deployment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scope and responsible for the delivery based on the endorsed scope and delivery plan. 
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders on day-to-day basis to achieve the project objectives. 
• Support your project team through end-to-end delivery including any necessary escalation and facilitate agile ceremonies. 
• Manage delivery governance and project health in line with the Technology Simplification/Transformation Policy and Standards including proactive RAID management and reporting of critical items early to Senior Management. 
• Actively support various technology provider teams to enable efficient plan execution. 
• Support reporting and engagement with oversight and audit/ assurance functions.

What do I need?

Essential

• 5 years’ experience in Program Delivery of >$10M 
• Banking and Finance technology 
• Transformation Program delivery with Enterprise systems
• Waterfall/Agile Delivery
• Team leadership 
• Technical Management and solutioning

• Application Development
