  • Develop and deploy machine learning models using Databricks (PySpark, MLflow, Delta Lake).
  • Build scalable pipelines and ML workflows using Azure / AWS cloud services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Azure ML, Azure DevOps / AWS S3, Glue, SageMaker, Lambda).
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Work in an agile, product-centric environment, balancing stakeholder needs and technical feasibility.
  • Apply MLOps best practices for reproducibility, CI/CD, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in data science, with a track record of delivering production-ready ML solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PySpark.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks for analytics, ML, and data pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Azure / AWS cloud services for data and ML workloads.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; able to capture requirements, manage expectations, and present outcomes effectively.
  • Solid foundation in machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
  • SQL expertise for data manipulation and querying.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in digital product teams alongside product managers and engineers.
  • Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau for visualization.
  • Knowledge of MLOps frameworks and monitoring practices.
  • Understanding of automotive or manufacturing business processes.

What We Offer

  • Work at the intersection of data, digital products, and innovation.
  • Direct engagement with business stakeholders and global teams.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and upskilling in advanced technologies.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits in a global automotive leader.
