Handle the procurement of goods and services;
Undertake materials/supplies inventories;
Process billings, import permits, AEPs of expats;
Submit related reports;
Facilitate business trips requirements;
Handle contract reviews;
Coordination with building admin on related matters;
Oversee the coordination of company activities
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree / any 4-year course
Special Trainings/Competencies:
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Knowledge of MS office, particularly in excel
- Experience in PEZA-related transactions
Personal Skills:
- Attention to details; team worker
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Above average communication skills
Working Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in administration and purchasing role
Work Schedule:
Hybrid, Mon-Fri (08:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Flexi) (office 3x per week)
