Sales & Marketing Director

Summary:

A leading food and beverage group is seeking a visionary Sales and Marketing Director to shape the company's growth strategy, strengthen brand equity, and drive sales across multiple channels. This role is accountable for setting strategic direction, overseeing high-impact marketing campaigns, and aligning sales execution with long-term business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Provide strategic oversight of multi-branch marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotions to ensure consistent brand positioning.
• Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Commissary, and Product Development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with production capacity and new product launches.
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing sales and marketing teams to deliver measurable results and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a strong advantage).
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in sales/marketing roles, with 2+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven track record managing a multi-branch or multi-channel F&B brand, with demonstrated success in brand growth and market development.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and marketing platforms.

Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days onsite (M/W/Th), with core hours 10AM-3PM (start between 7-10AM)
