Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero. 

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, Spain with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do

• Analyze the feasibility of validation plans for assigned projects.
• Evaluate and propose upgrades to testing resources to meet project requirements.
• Identify and assess European testing providers to ensure capability alignment.
• Accelerate time-to-market by delivering results in line with project schedules.
• Actively contribute to the company’s innovation strategy from a Testing perspective.
• Lead the deployment and support of testing activities and their evolution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in testing.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards in all testing activities.

What we’re looking for

• A proven track record in product validation and project-oriented environments.
• Experience with automotive testing, including engine dyno, battery, chassis dyno, and power electronic test benches.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Master’s in Automotive is a plus).
• Excellent skills in testing resource management and European testing facilities knowledge.
• Strong competencies in leadership and teamwork, with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish, both spoken and written; French will be valued.
