About The Job:
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market demands.
- Provide sales reporting and performance analysis to senior management.
What We Need:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in project management, engineering, construction, or professional services.
- Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop strategic sales plans.
- Willingness to travel around Belgium for client meetings and industry events.
- Knowledge of CapEx investment cycles and project management services is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise-level clients in industries such as FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, or Energy is an advantage.
