About The Job:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market demands.
  • Provide sales reporting and performance analysis to senior management.

What We Need:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in project management, engineering, construction, or professional services.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Willingness to travel around Belgium for client meetings and industry events.
  • Knowledge of CapEx investment cycles and project management services is a plus.
  • Experience with enterprise-level clients in industries such as FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, or Energy is an advantage.
